Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What phones use the BTE-1400 battery?
A: The BTE-1400 is used in compatible Orbic Journey phones, including Verizon Orbic Journey V (RC2200L). For Orbic Journey and Journey R variants, check that the original battery label says BTE-1400 before you order.

Q: Is this battery compatible with Orbic Journey Pro or Journey Pro Lite?
A: No. Not compatible with Journey Pro / Pro Lite. These are different phone models. Please do not purchase BTE-1400 for either Pro version.

Q: Is RC2200L the same as Journey V?
A: RC2200L is a model number associated with the Orbic Journey V. Check the battery label to confirm BTE-1400.

Q: How can I make sure I order the correct battery?
A: Power off your phone, remove the rear battery cover, and read the part number on your existing battery. The correct part number for this listing is BTE-1400. If your existing battery has a different model number, do not order this item.

Q: Does this item include the phone?
